Zona Agraria

6 semFrom idea to MVP in production

Josep, CTO of Zona Agraria, reached out to take his startup idea to production. We iterated the key features until launching an MVP where companies post offers, answer demands and close deals, with a working CRM and identities kept anonymous until the agreement.

The company

The platform to negotiate agricultural supplies between professionals

Zona Agraria is a private platform that connects buyers and sellers of agricultural supplies (crop protection, fertilizers, seeds, biostimulants and correctors). It doesn't sell products, it's the meeting point where both sides negotiate directly and close the deal.

It's built for agricultural companies with qualified technical staff, with a validation process that guarantees every user is an authorized company. Identities stay anonymous until a deal is closed.

The challenge

The starting point

Josep, CTO of Zona Agraria, came to me with a validated idea but no product. The concept had to become a real, usable and secure platform, without over-building before testing the market.

The challenge had several layers. A dual panel (demands and offers) where buyers and sellers meet, a negotiation flow that kept anonymity until the deal, company validation so only authorized users could operate, and a CRM to manage everything behind the scenes. All with an MVP mindset, prioritizing what truly tested the idea.

The solution

How I solved it

We started iterating the features together, beginning with what proved the product's value. I built the platform with Django and Python, with a solid base for the data model, authentication and per-company-type permissions.

I built the Demands Panel (the buyer requests a product with its requirements and sellers reply with price and conditions) and the Offers Panel (the seller posts stock or promotions and the buyer accepts directly). I added anonymity until closing, the company validation process and a working CRM to manage users, demands, offers and deals. A fast, clean interface built with TailwindCSS.

The result

We took Josep's idea to production with a working MVP where companies already post offers, answer demands and close deals, with the CRM running behind it.

Zona Agraria went from idea to product in production. The MVP shipped with the key features working, the dual demands-and-offers panel, anonymity until the deal and company validation.

With the working CRM, the team manages users, operations and deals from a single place. Iterating in phases left a base ready to grow, add features and scale when the market responds.

What it's like to work with me

“I had the idea clear and Miguelo turned it into a product. We iterated the features together and shipped a solid MVP, with both panels and the CRM working. It felt like having a technical partner, not just a developer.”
