How I solved it
I built the platform with Astro and React prioritizing accessibility (WCAG) and speed, with a guided step-by-step procedure flow and real-time validation.
The result
Time per procedure dropped 80% and completed procedures tripled, with an accessible experience for all citizens.
The new step-by-step guided flow, with real-time validation and WCAG AA accessibility, stopped mid-form drop-offs. Procedures are completed much faster and anyone can do them without barriers.
